Just Prophecies? Hmm...
Okay, a few basics of being a warrior:
Screw tanking. It's lame, and little more than a hindrance for 99.9% of PvE, and should NEVER be done in PvP. By all means, take initial agro, and bring a defensive skill or two, but for the majority there is nothing that a tank does that Shield of Absorption doesn't do better.
Never use Healing Prayers. Ever. They suck, and require far too much energy/attribute points/skill slots to be of any use. Stick with Healing Signet. Along the same vein, stay away from running other spells off your secondary - common mistakes are using elementalist Fire spells and the like. Your energy won't hold up for it.
And... finally... concentrate on killing stuff. Warriors kick ass at it.
As for profession combo, really, try and cover your areas of weakness. W/N works well, for Plague Touch to remove conditions. W/Mo can help keep conditions and hexes off you, and W/E grants you the Conjure spells, to seriously up melee damage (oh... and Shock). It doesn't matter much in the long run, you'll be able to change it later in PvE, and anytime in PvP.
As for build specifics... depends really on what goal you set out to accomplish as a warrior (DPS? Spike? disruption?), which weapon you wish to wield, and whether it's a PvE or PvP build.
General pointers, however -
Always max weapon mastery (12 + a helmet + a rune) to get the most damage out of your warr.
Always try and include a deep wound skill, especially on spike builds.
Increased Attack Speed skills are ftw. For PvP, frenzy rules... For PvE... it sucks as a Prophecies warrior - Flail and Berserker Stance are terrible, and Frenzy needs a touch of modertion. Or a prot monk.
For PvP, skills which deal with running opponents are crucial. Many warriors utilize Bull's Strike to knockdown runners, and stances such as Rush to catch up with them.
Without knowing what you intend to do, there's little more help I can give...
however, be sure to check out PvXwiki - most of the vetted builds (aside from the Full Vigor paladin) are ok, and should give you some ideas for builds.

First of all thanks for answering.
My ideia is to make first a farmer char. Just to gimme an ideia of the game, to make me money and to get some itens.
But I tried to start a 55 monk... and well, it took me 2 days to get 5 lvls. I don't know if I'm doing things wrong, or it just that slow.
Well I think on axe or sword (don't know what is better) as the main weapon and a shield.... plus a bow on switch.
So W/N is a good combo for me at the beggining and on?
If I like the game and stuff I'll probalby get the others 2 campaings, but for now I really got pissed not being able to kill anything in old ascalon using the monk.
Sorry for the noob question, but what does aggro stand for?
Sorry for the english.

This should be Flurry, not Flail (it's just an error, he's not an idiot (i.e, listen to his advice)). Flail is Nightfall only so you won't have access to it. Flail owns in PvE.

Aggro basically means how many monsters are engaged with your party at one time. If you have noticed the white ring around your character on your compass (the upper right corner of your screen), this is your aggro-circle. If an enemy 'trips' over this line, they will be alerted to your presence and attack (this is called aggroing). Since you are on the front line, it is your responsibility to ensure you don't aggro any more than 1 group at a time so your party can handle them safely.

You should fill up all your party slots in normal PvE (farming and stuff like that is excluded), as loot scales according to the no. of party members. You don't really gain much from dropping party members, as the few XP you get is so small it barely makes a difference.

Don't panic if you don't level up too quickly. Just do all the quests you find, and you should comfortably get through the game. IMO you should leave pre-searing around lvl7-10, but it's your choice really.

Marty Silverblade gives some good advice...
I would add---don't worry about trying to level up real fast--IMHO, play the game, and, as Marty said, do all quests (especially the skill quests). If you're playing the warrior profession for the first time, I would strongly suggest NOT hiring runners--unless you're experienced playing warrior in other MMO's, I think being run all over the map teaches you nothing about the profession (you don't want to be called out as a bad warrior by every PUG you join). Buy some scrolls to help you gain Xp a little more quickly, if you want. Read or experiment with all the warrior skills, and find out what skills work for you.
If I remember, if you play the game through, by the time you hit the Desert missions, you should be close to level 20 (or very close to it).
Good luck, and have fun!

Haha, damn... I really said Flail sucks?
Woops, sorry about the typo
Btw, don't bother about creating a warrior just to farm - create a warrior for normal play, then later on buy him the equipment needed to farm, so you can switch between normal warrior-ing and farming when you need cash (which, tbh, isn't often - you get plenty just merching all the crap you find).

I have used frenzy lots of times in PvE and works just fine in fact it gets the jop done faster.I just use sprint to cancel it out when needed and I have use the Shock/Frenzy PvP build lots of times in PvE works like charm especially against those Kournan Priests and Oppressors.
There is nothing wrong with using frenzy in PvE it is fine. When playing in a coop mission you might want to take it out and but watch yourself in instead.
